1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ep777 website, mobile site, and all services accessible at ep777.vu and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in an Account at any given time, as displayed in the Account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits made by the Account Holder via approved payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must bet using eligible funds before a withdrawal of associated bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full Account functionality is granted.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities available through Account settings.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with ep777, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or game round, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the ep777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of play.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or in a representative capacity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms and that the party meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

ep777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Account Registration

To use the full functionality of the ep777 Platform, including placing bets and accessing casino games, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account. Casino gaming features are restricted to users aged 21 and above as specified in Section 4.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• ep777 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain active betting accounts.

3.2 Account Information

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Changes to contact details or payment information must be updated promptly through Account settings or via customer support.
• Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, device, and IP address. ep777 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ep777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ep777 of a suspected breach of security.
• ep777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. 2FA is available free of charge from Account security settings.

4 Age Verification

ep777 requires all Account Holders to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and before casino gaming features are fully unlocked. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of date of birth confirming the Account Holder meets applicable minimum age requirements.
• Proof of payment method ownership where requested.

ep777 reserves the right to suspend access to casino games for any Account pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Any Account found to belong to a person who does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded where legally permissible, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.

ep777 may at any time request re-verification of an Account's identity, age, or payment methods as part of ongoing compliance obligations under its international gaming licence.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ep777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ep777's discretion with reasonable notice.

• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• ep777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered Account Holder.
• ep777 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are not within ep777's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times to the receiving payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) are subject to the payment provider's own settlement timelines.
• ep777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing a withdrawal request. Such checks may extend the processing timeline.
• Winnings generated using Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the originating bonus. Withdrawal of such winnings is only permitted after the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ep777 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin allocations, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms stated at the time of the promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders who meet the stated qualification criteria. ep777 reserves the right to decline a bonus application at its discretion where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Account, household, device, or IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the offer's wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the detailed terms of each promotional offer.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• ep777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before the amendment date will have their wagering requirements honoured under the original offer terms.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. ep777 does not guarantee that Bonus Funds will result in net winnings.

7 Betting Rules

The ep777 sportsbook is governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting markets and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds are locked for that wager.
• ep777 reserves the right to limit, decline, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a market has been offered in error or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. ep777 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any fixture and may suspend markets at any time.
• Winnings on settled bets are credited to the Account within a reasonable period following official result confirmation from the relevant sporting authority.
• Where a result is disputed or subject to an official review by the relevant sporting body, ep777 reserves the right to delay settlement until the matter is resolved.
• ep777 applies a maximum payout per event and per Account. Maximum payout limits are stated within each market and are subject to change.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided regardless of the displayed odds.

8 Casino Games

Casino games and live dealer titles available on ep777 are subject to the following conditions:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Casino gaming is restricted to Account Holders who have completed KYC verification and who meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game disconnection, ep777 will use server-side session logs to determine the state of any affected game round and apply the outcome accordingly.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game round and per Account. Bet limits are displayed within the game interface and in the game information panel.
• ep777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove casino titles from the platform at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ep777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Attempting to exploit game malfunctions, software bugs, or mathematical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or systematically low-risk betting solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Any form of collusion with other players in table games or live dealer games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ep777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may trigger suspension or closure include:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the period specified by ep777.
• Account Holder request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be assessed. Funds derived from suspected fraud or prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation. ep777 will communicate its findings and any decision regarding remaining funds within a reasonable period.

Account Holders who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ep777 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding Real Money Funds will be returned via the standard withdrawal process subject to completed KYC verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

ep777 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum loss permitted within a defined time period. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. The Account is inaccessible for the full duration. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account with immediate effect. ep777 undertakes not to send promotional marketing communications to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ep777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and databases — is the property of ep777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of ep777 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may also give rise to civil or criminal liability.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ep777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ep777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
• ep777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profit.
• ep777's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Account Holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ep777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. ep777 does not guarantee that you will win any bet or game. Participation in gambling is entirely at your own risk and is solely your decision.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ep777's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or bonus calculation, Account Holders should first contact ep777 customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. ep777 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under ep777's operating licence. ep777 will cooperate fully with any such investigation and will abide by any binding decision issued.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ep777 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ep777 will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the Platform upon login; an email to the address registered to your Account; or an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds.
